The Bounty Handmade Mooncake
Our premium mix of fruits and nuts “cake blend” with dark and white rum buttercream. Just because Chef Don loves this.
Made with a cake blend from our Rich Cake (which takes 6 hours to make from scratch) and then coupled with dark and white rum buttercream into The Bounty.
Each piece of our snow-skin mooncakes weighs around 140g to 150g. They are made individually by hand, in-house in our pastry room at our 39 Tyrwhitt Road restaurant.
From mixing the fillings in small batches to our shimmering gold “發” logo – every aspect is taken care of delicately by our Pastry Chefs. Thus, each mooncake is unique with an individual touch of character.
Due to the tremendous effort and time required to produce these, a limited quantity is available.
Orders placed before 28th August 2022 will enjoy a special launch price of $23.32 (13% discount – U.P. $26.80).
