We hope you’re happy with your purchase from us. However, if there is something wrong with the item(s) you’ve received, we’re here to help.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for matters not relating to preparation issues or quality control. We do provide exchanges or refunds should there be our fault determined after the investigation of the preparation process.
As most of our items are perishable food items prepared freshly, we require that our customers contact us within the first 2 hours of receiving or collecting their orders.

Please have your order number, receipt, or order confirmation e-mail ready and tell us about the issue you’re experiencing. We will also require photos of the item(s) affected for us to better assess the situation.
