Layer by layer, our Kueh Lapis is a traditional steamed cake that is made with a lot of egg yolk and butter. This gives the cake its beautiful golden colour and rich, buttery flavour. Our Prune Lapis is essentially our Kueh Lapis with Prunes… for that extra tangy taste!
