Each piece of our snow-skin mooncakes weighs around 140g to 150g. They are made individually by hand, in-house in our pastry room at our 39 Tyrwhitt Road restaurant.
From mixing the fillings in small batches to our prominent “發” logo – every aspect is taken care of delicately by our Pastry Chefs. Thus, each mooncake is unique with an individual touch of character.
Each set of mooncakes contains:
